About 5 years ago my lifestyle changed for the better. I became a new mom and my whole outlook in life completely changed. I wanted to be the best version of myself for my daughter.

I started to lift weights and eat better. I was that girl that had no clue how to workout properly or what to do at the gym. I wish I knew half the things I knew now back then and that’s why I want to help guide you in the right direction! My 8 week full body is designed to help you have a more structured workout routine so you can start seeing those optimal results!
